While there are tracking devices that can follow your car around, it’s expensive and needs other equipment. The infrastructure, the towers and radios to receive the signal and send it to whoever may want to follow you. It’s not as easy as just hiding some little device in your car and presto! you can follow that person. Unless you have the police, feds, a rich and suspicious husband, or the mob interested in you, I’d say the chances of a tracking device in your car were very small.
If somebody seems to know where you are or where you’ve been, maybe they just know you and your habits. Try changing them and see what happens. Or maybe that good friend of yours is ratting you out.
